How do I bid and win?
It’s simple… you just chose and auction you want to bid on and hit “Bid”, your bid will then be placed and taken out of your account. When you are the last bidder you win that item.

Suppose a $699 laptop goes at just $14.82
You made 42 “bids” to win this item
Your cost is 42 bids@ an average of $0.64 = $26.88, plus $14.82 for the auction price = $41.70 (Plus shipping and handling)
What a deal you would have gotten… a $699 Laptop for Just $41.70 plus shipping and handling, and think of all the fun you’d have bidding too. That’s the thrill of YourSite.com!
What happens when I register?
You will receive a welcome email establishing you as an official member of YourSite.com, and you’ll be ready to get your bids and jump into the fun.
Are all of the auction items new?
Absolutely. Every item is brand new, brand name, and shipped in the manufacturer’s packaging.
When do my wins get shipped?
At YourSite.com your wins are shipped as quickly as possible, usually within 15-19 days business days unless otherwise stated and we send you emails and also keep you up to date on shipped items through your account.
How can I increase my opportunities of winning?
- Get to know YourSite.com and watch a few auctions count down. You’ll learn a lot and want to jump in on the fun.
- Watch for the different strategies other members use and develop your own.
- Don’t bid on too many auctions at once. Concentrate instead on one or two auctions at a time and go for the win.
- Wait until the timer is counting down to under 20 seconds or less, or even later. The key is to be the last bidder in order to win!
- Watch for non-peak hours and take advantage of the lighter traffic.
- Always make sure you have enough bids to make a serious run for an item you want.
- Always be sure how many bids you have remaining and purchase more before you run out. You don’t want to lose an auction because you ran out of bids.
- Bid on smaller items too, like Gift Cards and other great products. They go faster and offer a lot of action.
- Bid often. The more you bid, the more opportunities you have to win big.
- Never get discouraged as our statistics show you have a great chance of winning, even as a beginner. In fact, one out of five new members gets a significant win in their first few days of bidding.
- Stick with it. Think of YourSite.com as a shopping mall with great deals all the time. Over the course of days, weeks, and months, you can rack up thousands in savings. Others do!
- Take advantage of our special promotions, free bids, and especially our “Buy it Now” feature where you can bid safely knowing that your bids can go toward the purchase price. That way everyone’s a winner!
How do I get my bids?
In order to purchase bids, you must be registered and be logged in. Once logged in, click on the “Buy Bids” tab, one of the four main tabs at the top of your page. You will be able to choose from one of our Bid Packs. Click the 'Buy Bids' button and proceed to the Secure Checkout area.
Where do I see my bids purchased?
You can see a complete history of all your transactions, including the bids you've placed on auctions and the Bid Packs you've purchased, by clicking the “My Bids” tab when you are logged in.
Are there other ways for me to get bids?
There are three types of bids and ways to obtain them:
- Purchased bids, or bids that you buy.
- Free bids that you can get through auctions or referring a friend and other promotions.
- Promotional bids, or "extra" bids you can get using one of our frequently offered Promo Codes.
Can I see who else is bidding on an auction?
Yes, all member “User” names appear when they bid.
When do I know I’m the highest, or the “last” winning bidder?
When the timer counts down to zero and no other bids are placed, then you are the last bidder and the winner of that auction. Remember, depending on the type of auction you are bidding on, If you placed a bid and are no longer the highest bidder, chances are it is because someone else has placed a bid a fraction of a second after yours and, therefore, has become the new highest bidder.

What happens when I win?
You will immediately receive an email with a link to pay for your winning auction. If you don’t get this email within the first few minutes of winning please check your spam box. If you cannot find the email, don’t worry; you can also pay for your won auctions from the "My Account" page
Are there any auctions for beginners?
Yes and those auctions are clearly marked. Beginners may want to practice here before going for larger items.
How do I use a Promo Code?
The Promotional Code field is at the top of the “Buy Bids” page. Just enter the promo code and you will automatically be credited.
Does YourSite.com have auction win limits?
YourSite.com shall have the right in its sole discretion and at any time limit the number of auctions that any single user can win and YourSite.com reserves the right to limit the number of auctions you may participate in at its sole discretion.

What are the shipping costs?
All of our shipping costs appear at the bottom of each Auction Details page and are for delivery within the continental United States. Some shipping conditions and/or additional costs may apply if the delivery address is located in rural routes within the continental United States or if you are shipping items to Alaska and/or Hawaii.
What States does YourSite.com ship too?
All 48 States in the continental US.
Do the auction items come with a warranty?
Most of the items being auctioned at YourSite.com are brand new and come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. Some items not under warranty include special events, memorabilia, vacation packages, Bid Packs, gift cards, jewelry and other unique items.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
YourSite.com is happy to help. Occasionally, a shipping mishap could lead to a damaged item. Contact our Customer Service Team right away and cite your username, tracking number and any other information relevant to your item. They will give you the exact instructions based on the item you have won.
Can I return or get a refund on purchased bids?
All bid packages purchased at YourSite.com non-refundable. See terms of service for more details.
Where can I view and or change my personal information?
In order to perform any of these actions you will first need to be logged in to your account. You can then go to “Edit profile” on the “My account” page
How do I know how many bids I have left?
Your available bids are always conveniently displayed at the very top right hand of each page.
What security features does YourSite.com have for payments?

When processing payments as well as other functions that include your personal information, we use high-security encryption as well as extensive security features to ensure that you can conduct your transactions in a safe, secure and private online environment.

How do I take advantage of the Buy it now option?
You can use the Buy It Now feature to purchase any product at any time during the auction. If you have placed bids on an auction, the bids you have used on the auction will be discounted from the value price. Buy It Now purchases will not count toward your daily win limit. Because there is no limit to the Buy It Now feature, the auction will continue even if a user chooses to Buy It Now.
To take advantage of the Buy It Now option simply click the line on the lower right hand side of the Auction Page. Remember, you are not required to bid on an auction in order to Buy It Now. But, if you have bid on the auction, you have two hours from the close of the auction to take advantage of the Buy It Now option.
Below is an example of how the Buy It Now price is calculated:
Auction "sold" Price: $75.00
Discount: Bids Placed x Bid Price: 100 x $0.64 = $64.00
Buy It Now Price: Shipping/Taxes + $11.00
The Buy It Now price will change every time you place a bid!
